Hi folks, and WELCOME to what I expect is going to be an exciting semester of reading, watching and exploring a rich history of drama and performance! I encourage you all to come into this course with an open mind as we explore the myriad ways in which performance impacts our daily lives--and the many definitions and forms that said performances can take. I'm looking forward to reading, writing, talking, and thinking with you this semester, and I hope we can use this space to spur and extend our classroom conversations. So post with curiosity, boldness, and respect for your fellow learners--I'm eager to hear what you all have to say!
